Querying the status of the modem via SMS
 
You can query the status of your modem, or example for diagnostics purposes.
 
 
 
Procedure
 
 
 
Proceed as follows in order to query the status of the modem via SMS:
1.
Enter the command required for the desired query. Take a look at the commands which are available in the table at the end of this chapter.
2.
Send the command to the telephone number of the SIM card which you have inserted into the modem.

The modem will then answer you by SMS with the status.
