Switch to the Parameters 2 screen:

The following screen appears:

 Plus  Minus - Highlight the Loc. Mode line.
3.
 OK - Activate Localized mode.
4.
The  Häkchen - nicht durchgestrichen icon appears alongside the Loc. Mode parameter.
⇨
Localized mode is activated.
