DISTANCE-Control: Alarm messages during calibration
Text of alarm message | Meaning |
No right ultrasonic signal. | There is no echo coming back for more than 50% of the trigger impulses. |

No slope sensor signal. | In the second calibration step, the slope sensor did not detect a change in the signal. |
No angle sensor signal. | In the third calibration step, the angle sensor did not detect a change in the signal. |
Outlets are swapped. | The hydraulic valves were connected wrong. |
Sensors are disturbed. | Short signal interruption with all sensors |
BOOM
Text of alarm message | Meaning |
BOOM Out of transport position. | The alarm is coupled to the Id37 input function. Display via graphic in the boom and alarm message. |
BOOM No locking. | Alarm appears when no signal is received from the boom locking sensor. |
Defective angle sensor. | Alarm when boom height control system is configured but the boom potentiometer is recognized as defective. |
SPRAYER
Text of alarm message | Meaning |
Low tank content. | The volume of spray liquid in the tank has fallen below the "Tank level alarm". |
SPRAYER Pump speed is too low. | Check the pump speed. Switch on the pump. Increase the pump speed. |
SPRAYER Pump speed is too fast. | Check the pump speed. Decrease the pump speed. |
Boom folding forbidden: The speed is too high. | The boom may only be folded and unfolded when the sprayer is at a standstill. |
SPRAYER Pump oil level. | Alarm appears when a sensor detects a certain oil level. The oil level depends on the implement manufacturer and the installation of the sensor. |
The compressor is too slow. | The compressor is slower than the defined value. |
The compressor is too fast. | The compressor is too fast. |
Filter pressure too high. | The pressure switch on the filter is sending an error message. |
The left ladder is not in transport position. | Static signal from a sensor that checks the position of the ladder. |
The right ladder is not in transport position. | |
Field mode is activated. | Alarm appears when the "Tractor-ECU" job computer sends a signal that the mode was switched from driving on the road to driving on the field. When driving on the road, the joystick buttons will be ignored. |
Axle not locked. | Appears when a maximum speed that was defined for unlocked axles has been exceeded. The speed is defined by the implement manufacturer. Lock the axle. |
The implement is being operated using an external device! To cancel, acknowledge this alarm. | The field sprayer is currently not being operated using the terminal, rather via an external input device. To terminate the external operation, acknowledge the alarm. You will then be able to operate the controls again. |
SPRAY REGULATION
Text of alarm message | Meaning |
SPRAY REGULATION Set rate out of reach. | The system cannot adjust the application rate to the rate. |
