Brief instructions

This chapter will provide you with an overview of the steps which you will need to complete in order to use the product.

These steps will vary depending on whether you have received the modem already configured.

Configured modem

1.: Mount the GPS receiver.

2.: Mount the antenna.

3.: If you want to connect a terminal, you will need to prepare a junction box for connecting a terminal.

4.: Secure the junction box with the modem in the vehicle.

5.: Connect the components.

6.: Activate the GPS receiver on a terminal.

7.: Configure the GPS receiver.

Non-configured modem

1.: Insert the SIM card.

2.: Mount the GPS receiver.

3.: Mount the antenna.

4.: If you want to connect a terminal, you will need to prepare a junction box for connecting a terminal.

5.: Secure the junction box with the modem in the vehicle.

6.: Connect the components.

7.: Perform the configuration with a SMS.

8.: Activate the GPS receiver on a terminal.

9.: Configure the GPS receiver.
